She provides individual, couples, family, and group therapy, specializing in relationship issues, life transitions, and self-esteem/self-worth. Stacy is passionate about supporting individuals, couples, and families seeking stronger bonds, improved communication, and a better sense of self. She also works with clients facing identity crises stemming from major life changes, grief, infidelity, addiction, divorce, and challenges within blended family dynamics.
With a background in psychology and over a year of experience as a recovery support specialist at an addiction treatment facility, Stacy is currently pursuing her Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy (MFT). She utilizes evidence-based approaches, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), psychodynamic techniques, and Rogerian principles, to help clients explore emotions, foster self-awareness, and build stronger connections.
Stacy’s practice is rooted in empathy and understanding, creating a safe space for clients to navigate challenges and achieve meaningful growth. Her warm and collaborative style makes her a trusted guide for those seeking to rebuild secure attachments, overcome obstacles, and nurture healthier relationships.
When she’s not working, Stacy enjoys snuggling with her three cats and baking treats to share with friends, family, and coworkers.
Whether you’re navigating a major life change or looking to deepen your connections with others, Stacy is committed to helping you find clarity, resilience, and fulfillment in your therapeutic journey.
