Alizah Qadri is a Licensed Social Worker (LSW) offering individual therapy for young adults (18-21) and adults (22-64). She specializes in women’s issues, maternal mental health, and body image concerns, while also supporting clients experiencing anxiety, depression, fertility challenges, and self-esteem struggles. As a South Asian woman, Alizah deeply understands the unique challenges women face in all areas of life. Whether grappling with cultural expectations, traditional roles, or systemic disparities, she helps clients explore and redefine their sense of womanhood in ways that are uplifting and empowering.
Alizah holds a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Social Work (BSW, MSW) and gained clinical experience during her training at Roots Work Therapy in Madison, Wisconsin. She utilizes a blend of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness techniques, strengths-based approaches, and mind-body connection work to create personalized care plans that address each client’s unique needs.
